Lucid Automotive
I had read a couple of negative comments about Lucid's service which I assumed were isolated cases but I thought I'd share my story.
I was having an install done last week on Thursday, PIAA 004X, VooDoo Shift Ball, Rick's leather center console, and Kenwood Excelon 5.25 rear speakers.
My installer calls me late in the day and tells me he doesn't feel comfortable cutting the rear panels because the bottom lip is so close to the bottom edge.
I've had all this stuff since Christmas and I was bummed but I figured I'd order the rear panels from Lucid and go from there.
I e-mailed Lucid on Thursday night with a question, got a response in about an hour, and placed my order that night.
Saturday AM, to my great surprise, the postman delivers the panels that were sent priority mail, ordered less than 48hrs ago!
Made my weekend, hopefully I can have the job finished Monday or Tuesday.
Thanks Lucid!

Good stuff!
I have found that most "installers" don't have a true understanding of how things work on this car. Your's seem to be even more "handicapped". The speakers themselves become a "stressed member" when installed correctly. There is no concern what so ever in terms of the strength of those rear panels.
Lucid Automotive is great!!!!
They have a number of solutions for the S2000. I plan to get the same rear speakers.
Let us know how they sound (awsome im sure). Are you using an amp to power them?

Well, on the other hand, I orded the radio controller module about a week ago. Still haven't gotten it, and when i e-mailed him, his response was "Depending on stock left today and backorders perhaps shipping this week" Or perhaps not I guess. Not sure when I'll get it. Not to happy right now though.
