Unhappy Lucid Automotive

Have recently placed an order with lucid for a set of speakers and brackets , however since placing the order (about 6days ago) i have heard nothing from them.
Have tried calling the number on there website and have never had the phone answered. Have tried e mailing the address on the website and still no replies.

Has anyone ever dealy with this company? and if so did you ever managed to get hold of them. what is the trick, is there another phone number or a direct e mail address for someone there??

well i am not too hopeful now, have tried calling but no response, i see from your ast thread that someone offered to call on your behalf, did you ever take im up on this offer?

He didn't call them on my behalf, but i didn't bother him again. If he really wanted to help , he would have called unless he forgot it. Anyway i am never buying anything else from anyone that isn't a sponsor on this site.

must phone my bank then and check whether they have taken payment for it! and to think they are featured on this site! will probably do a thread suggesting that they are removed from this site

I ordered some cutouts from them about a month ago...if i remember correctly it took them about a week to deliver.
