Lucid is King
Installed rear speaker system and upgraded door speakers (Kenwood 3 ways) without a problem. It took me about 2 hours for the whole install using the absolutely perfect instructions (I have never done anything like this before). What a difference! Truly a major change. The sound is really awesome even with the OEM deck doing 70 on the highway.
I did have a problem with what I think was a loose connection in the OEM harness. I e-mailed Lucid at about 8pm the night of my installation regarding the situation and got a call back within the hour (not an e-mail a real phone call). Had a new harness express shipped to me which worked beautifully.
The level of customer support/care was extraordinary. If any of you are even just thinking about the upgrade, just do it.

I just finished installing my rear 3-way speakers, it was really easy! I finished in about 1 hour, and the instructions that are provided are clear and simple to follow.... thanks Lucid!
If anyone is thinking of upgrading their OEM sound system, this has to be the best quick way to do it!
Now, I have to go test it out on the highway....

Installed mine yesterday and I concur. It's an enormous improvement. I did not think the factory head unit would be capable of providing sufficient power, but it does. For me it totally eliminates the need for a sub and I don't have to sacrifice any of the limited storage space. I actually had to turn the bass DOWN.
I was very skeptical at first. It's unintuitive to me that rear speakers would offer much improvement, but as many others have said, it defies logic. The sound is greatly improved and you can really feel the bass thru the seats.
I have a fair amount of experience with car stereos and it still took me about 2 hours but I was working at a leisurely pace and being extra careful not to scratch anything. It's time and money well spent.
