I made a slim magsafe mount for the modifry bracket. I kept hitting my hand on the common mounts because phone sat too low and stuck out too far.

This one has two benefits:
1) raises phone up about 2.5 inches to be horizontal with gauge cluster
2) slim, only 8mm thick (1/3in)

If you have a 3D printer, the STL is here: https://www.printables.com/model/277...r-modify-s2000. If there's any interest, I can also make one that raises the phone in landscape mode. To use landscape mode, you'd have to rotate the mount 90 degrees, which would lower it back down to the normal modifry bracket height.
