Default Misfire CEL

Not sure if this is the right spot for this but, has anyone else had a random misfire CEL come up? I've installed new wires, plugs and ignition coils but no luck, just a lot of money spent. I've got an 02 AP1. Only aftermarket part so far is the Invidia header and Invidia catback exhaust so I don't think that's the problem. Any insight would be great!

I can't remember the exact code as my car is stored in Pennsylvania and I'm stationed in Guam, but when I looked it up it was random misfire-multiple cylinders. There weren't any other codes thrown which was weird. I usually get multiple codes on cars when that pops up. I called a Honda dealer today and the tech I talked to said it was an issue in the computer from the factory and that it wasn't an actual problem but I haven't heard of anyone else having this exact problem.

Not sure what it could be then. I haven't heard about an ECU issue for the misfire CEL, but there are alot of threads on here about the misfire CELs. Check them out if you can.
