I was going to install a Modifry Shift Beeper in my 2008 but I can't seem to see the same wire that is shown in the manual for the tach signal

Looks like there are more wires in that area then in previous years. I would guess that the Tach wire is still there and I'm just not seeing it.

Has anyone installed the Modifry Shift Beeper in the 2008 yet?

I dunno 'bout the '08.

On my '06 install, I had possibly similar sounding trouble, at least with respect to having trouble finding the the tach wire. Here're my comments:

As I stated in my comments, I found best access to the wire aways away from the harness. At such point in the wire bundle, I found it by coloring, which was unique.

I'm lame. I've been meaning to update the instructions to include the '06-'08 models but never got around to it. Last weekend I took some photos of the wiring piece and hope to do the shelf removal process this weekend.

The '06-'08 wiring is actually easier than the earlier cars, here's the pictures to show you where to connect for the tach wire.
