MP3 ID3 Tag Help
Hello everyone. I recently purchased an Alpine 7995. I want to burn MP3 Cd's. I know how to do it and have a very good program called MP3RD.
My question. Everytime I burn the CD I take the CD back to my car and try looking at the titles. For some reason I'm getting a listening of Artist/Album/Track Title. Is there any way to get this to read Track Title/Album/Artist???
I want to be able to search through track titles too. When I search it is going by the artists ( i assume cause it's listed first in artist/album/track title) not the track titles. How do I set my head unit to display the track titles?
Also is there a way to title the folders?? That way I could go into the artist, then go into the album, then select my song? That would eliminate the need for it to display Title/Album/Artist.
Does anyone know anything about this? I've wracked my brain trying to figure it out. Sorry this is a little confusing but I don't totally understand how this works in the first place. Thanks for any help!

Thanks. I'l try it out tonight when I get home. Will it do all that I wanted in the first post? I just wanna make sure it will label files clearly so that they are easily searchable on my head unit.
Is there any way to label the folders? So I can select Artist (Move up a folder), Album (move up a folder), and then select the Track? Is this possible?

not sure about that kinda of flexibility with folder names. when i burn a cd, i usually use a standard naming convention like this
ARTISTS-INITIALS_ALBUM NAME
so all the albums from the same artists are grouped together, then i only need to find a song within a specific folder. I would come up with some naming/storing pattern that works for you. You can fit a lot of MP3s onto a CD!
