Default My DCI isn't working correctly....

I had my DCI installed along with my new alpine head unit today. i have the alpine 9815 and the lucid DCI. Everything seemed to have gone well expect with my Channel button on my dash controls. Instead of going from station to staion is does the samething as the audio control button. What might have caused this? I'm almost positve the wires are correct i was thinking it might be the settings on the DCI, i set them originally but they may have moved during the install. Any help would be greatly appreciated. BTW i used the feature but found nothing.

You arent doing it right.....the CH button itself for Alpines DOES NOT switch stations...it switches bands...(FM1, FM2, AM)....to switch stations.....

HOLD the CH button, and hit the VOL UP/DOWN.

For cd tracks....hold the MODE button, and hit VOL up/down.
