My rear speaker install

I really want to purchase a pair of rear speakers, however, i know very little about car audio. Where do most of you hide the wires going to the HU?? What parts of the car do you have to take apart in order to do this install?
Okay that sounds easy enough! Do you have to take the centre console cover off? Or do you just snug the wires along the side? and from there, what opening do you put the wires to the back of the HU?
I think i will order a set in mid march. Hopefully lucid's instructions are as easy to follow, and thorough as you all have said, if not i'll be back with questions, ahha.
Thank you very much for your help. Especially xviper, you are always wanting to help others!

Lucid's instructions and the rear speaker install is VERY easy. It took me about 45 minutes from start to finish. I just unsnapped the console cover on the passenger side (if you have a MY02 or 03) and stuffed the wires under there and resnapped the cover. And the sound does make a difference!!
Okay, now i'm pretty confident i can complete this installation, and if not you guys will always be here for help!! Anyways, i was thinking about putting in lucid's Kenwood High End 5.25" Rear Speaker System. I was just wondering are these a waste of money since i will not be putting an amp, and will only be using stock MY02 HU? I want an appealing pair of speakers (speakers that look nice) but at the same time i want the optimum use out of the from the stock HU.
The rear speaker kit includes alot of stuff, i was just wondering what you actually need for this installation for it to be the easiest possible way. Do you need more than the panels, speakers, rear speaker harness? Are there others materials needed. Is the wiring harness included in the kit?
