MY2002 Deck
Does the MY2002 deck have an RCA output to run to an amp. If not is there another way to wire this so I can keep the factory deck and use and amp.
Also if I went with a new deck wha decks have a PAC available so I can keep my factory dash controls?

You can use any high quality AMP that has high level inputs (speaker level) and get pretty good sound.
I am currently using a Sony XPLOD 800 4 channel amp and it sounds great with the stock deck.
If you wanted a new deck you could ask LUCID he has real good handle on that and using a PAC

MOST decks that support an IR remote will work with the PAC unit, but there are a few exceptions noted on PAC's website (http://www.go2pac.com). One I can think of off the top of my head is the latest model by Sony, the CDX-M770.
I do not believe the stock deck has RCA outs, although I'd be interested in anyone chiming in that knows of ANY stock deck that has pre-outs. If you absolutely must keep the stock deck, go with line-level converters...it's not worth the hassle of modifying the deck to make your own pre-outs, and the quality would be about the same either way.

1 - Buy an amplifier that can handle line levels on the input.
2 - Buy a line level converter. This will that the line level output (the speaker outputs) and convert to a lower level so that you can connect it to the pre-amp level input (RCAs).
PM Lucid...he can set you up will all this required equipment for either solution or a new deck if you decide to to that route.
Hope this helps.
