Where can i find it besides the card that was given to me when i bought the car? I think i lost the card.

 

Call the dealer, they will want the serial code on the headunit though. For that you'll have to remove the headunit or take it into them.

 

I just had this happen to me. You don't have to remove the head unit to get the serial number either.

With the ignition off press and hold presets 2 & 6. Then turn the ignition to on ( you don't have to turn the car on to do this). It will then flash uXXXX then lXXXX (I believe those are the letters). Whatever it happens to be whatever it flashes is the serial number.

 

^ it's 1& 6 and the letters don't matter just the numbers. you can also have key on 1 click, turn radio off, hold buttons, and turn radio on.
