I got the CDA-7878 (same cd mechanism as the F1 Status model). The MP3 player is awesome. CD-Like navigation (very quick). Very forgiving as far as CD surface is concerned.

Not as aesthetically pleasing as the new Alpine models but IMO, the CD mechanism is far more superior than the new models.

 

Question for you all.. now that you have your MP3 players & the mod.. how do the dash controls work? fast enough??

I was thinking of going JVC with Lucid's mod & Pac

any opinions?
