Default No Power To Head Unit or 12v Outlet

I was getting in to my car and my elbow hit the power cable for my satellite unit that was plugged in to the 12v outlet still. I hit it with enough force to pop the end cap and fuse off of it (didn't break it, it's a screw on cap) but no apparent damage to anything. Put the fuse back in and screwed it back together this morning, but there was no power to the outlet. Figured I'd need to buy a new power cable until I realized that the head unit wouldn't power up either. The mute button light also wasn't functioning, but I'm not sure if it's supposed to if the head unit is turned off.

Any suggestions what I should look for? All other accessories and lights work.

You blew the fuse in the kick panel.

Stuck a tester on the radio fuse and it was still good. I need to remove the seat to really get in there and test the 12v accessory fuse. Not sure what else to look for.

Pulled the seat and tested the accessory socket fuse and it's blown. Unfortunately I can't wedge my puller / tester in their to get it out.

just pull it out with your fingers or at worst a pair of needle nose. You don need no stinkin tester!
