Noise Canceling Headunit from the Aftermarket?

Has anyone come out with a noise canceling headunit (like the Acura technology) for the aftermarket?

Alpine F1 used to have that, but it has been discontinued already.

Problem with current noise canceling technology is that you get more hiss when the unit fights back noise by phase
