Ok, so I want to keep it stock in my car, and I know the 02 radios have more wattage...what about like a 05 06? are those better? Are all the stock radios plug and play? Will the DCI still work?

Ive searched, I can't find too much though.

 

all years are plug'n'play, and the dash controls will continue to work.
newer headunits are slightly better/more powerful; the difference
will not be dramatic, but if you can get one cheaply enough, go ahead.
2000-2001 had exceptionally crappy speakers, so you may want to swap
them out for some newer ones or aftermarket ones too.

 

My car has new speakers already, I was thinking about getting an after market deck just bc of the power issue.
