Make a suit. Instead of using rhinestones use these babies. Make them blink in different patterns too. It'll be a big hit with the ladies.

Of course that means I'll have to charge everyone else a little extra to make up that $5...
great thats $5 i can spend on beer if I do buy the kit. mostly lurking about the tail light kit but it does look interesting. we'll have to see the mod budget status when you get it done.

The LEDs came in today, but I didn't have an opportunity to play with them until just now (I've never used this particular version before).

Holy batsnot, these things are bright!!! I am continually amazed at how technology marches on, but to get this kind of brightness out of such a small package is mind-boggling. Ten years ago, it would have taken a bank of LEDs each the size of a pencil erasor to get this kind of brightness.

The downside? They're small... yes, that's a downside when you have a pile of them in front of you and get a surprise sneezing fit I knew I should have left them on the reel. I don't count the # of LEDs lost, I count the # of dollars now hiding somewhere in my carpet. This weekend is going to see some interesting developments

Vacuum them up with a Dustbuster, you should be able to find most of them

You know, that's what I'd do too...but I'd put a screen (maybe borrow the old lady's pantyhose) over the end, so that they wouldn't get sucked INTO the vac...
