Lately, my stock cd player will stop playing at random. It stays on, but the volume cuts completely off. If I turn the unit off and then back on, it will play for anywhere between 2 seconds and an hour. Totally random, any cd. I've noticed it more when the top is down. Thanks for any input.

^ lol but this happens to me randomly when i put my car into reverse my radio cuts out... still don't kno the answer tho.
