Default OEM Radio/CD Replacement

My OEM radio died. The unit will not load/eject CDs anymore. Removed and cleaned, but to no avail.

Will be purchasing a replacement deck and send the original out for repairs. I will keep the original for the new owner. Just looking for recommendations. I will NOT be upgrading the speakers, etc. All original.

I have a Sony DSX-S100 in my CRX DD and I really like it.

Thanks, Dave

Most will fit but if you want to keep the dashboard controls you'll need something like the Modifry connection. Check with his website first.

I have an alpine Ida-305. Works great with iPods and iPhones, and I personally think it looks better than what's currently available. The latest model out is Ida-305s but I think alpine is started to discontinue them.
The only downside I dislike is no built in Bluetooth.

There are often people selling OEM headunits in the "for sale" forum
