Tried to purchase through paypal but the e-mail address for Go Fast Labs isn't valid. Tried calling Go Fast Labs phone number and left a message but I haven't heard anything back over the past three hours.

Is this unusual?

There's nothing wrong with your order. Paypal processed it fine and it's in the queue. Not sure why you felt there was a problem but the paypal@ address only accepts mail from certain places in order to cut down on crap.
