Default Pioneer DEH-80PRS + Modifry DCI?

So I bought the pioneer headunit, but before I install it I want to get the modifry DCI for it of course. My question is obviously i need the "wired DCI" but im not exactly sure what harness i need with it? im assuming just the $12 modifry adapter harness? just want to make sure before I make my order.

Modifry makes it fairly straightforward on the purchase page:

Additional details can be found at:

Yes. The second piece is designed to connect to the factory Honda plug and the modifry dash control interface so you won't have to cut the factory connector off and splice the wires together.

unless you are running amps and high nice components and a sub its overkill. you can achieve the same sound with a lesser radio if you are just using it to power a set of door speakers.

I just installed this in my S over the weekend. Honestly it's a great deck. I've been loyal to Pioneer since I started buying aftermarket stereos in the 90s. I didn't like the look or feature set of the lower models in this years line up. So i waited and got a open boxed of Crutchfield for just under $300.

If you like a ton of features and flexibility like I do, this deck is for you. The Auto EQ and Auto Time Alignment is perfect, I just needed to do some minor adjustments to it, but other than that it was a fairly easy setup.

I have Polk Audio fronts and the stock (pillar) rears, I feel like it brought both sets of speakers alive.

The volume knob does hit the cover slightly, so that's a pain, but the main reason i bought this one over the other is the rear USB input is pretty much required for the S. If you have the money to spend, I would highly recommend this deck.
