I know this has been discussed a bit throughout, but I want to add GPS an XM to my S. Ive looked at the single DIN JVC head unit, but know I wont be happy with the lack of touchscreen for the NAV.
There are several portable units out there, and just wondering if anyone has any experience with them and which they would recommend. My plan is to have it hardwired in so that the XM portion will play through the AUX slot in my factory head unit. (Had that done on my Accord, and it worked well enough)
Any advice on where, how, to mount it is also helpful. Im not a huge fan of the giant suction cup on the windshield approach. Will the modifry bracket work on non-Nuvi units? (I dont think theres a NUVI with XM)

 

OR...are there any GPS units out there that have an aux jack that I could plug a hand held XM into?
