Default programming keyless remote with OEM security

I've been searching in the forum for help with my keyless remote. I have an OEM security system - from what I read in the forum this makes a difference. I had my car battery replaced in my 2003 S2000 last Friday. At the same time I bought two replacement batteries for my keyless remotes. After changing the batteries on the remotes, they both worked that day and the next. By monday, I noticed neither remote was operating the car locks nor the trunk. I know the instuctions for programming remotes exist on here but all the references I find are for remotes without the OEM security system. I'm not finding any instructions for programming car remotes that have the OEM security. Is this something that can only be done by the dealer?

Not sure what happened as all was fine on Friday and Saturday. The batteries check out ok. Thought it was weird that BOTH remotes would quit working at the same time. The only other thing I can think of is that I've had a coincidental problem with the security unit in the car. Thanks for any help
