Default Question regarding hi-level input to amp.

I just finished an install of a mult-channel amp in the trunk w/ 2 subs and new components in the doors. I've kept the stock HU so I'm using the hi-level inputs on the amp. I'm a relative newbie to car audio so this was my first decent install. I have a question for those more knowlegable than myself. Would it be a problem to install the old stock 6 1/2's behind the seats by tapping into the high-level outputs (i.e. speaker wires) from the HU before it goes to the amp's HL inputs? I'm guessing that the resistance of the amps inputs is minimal enough as to not be an issue but as I said I'm new at this so it's just a guess. Any thought?

hmm well for one you would lose fader control since you're running off the same channels as the front.
