To install it there is pretty straight forward. All you have to do is cut a hole for it with an xacto knife and CAREFULY hollow out the foam underneath being very careful not to slice through the vinyl underneath. If you don't want to get the whole thing re-apholstered afterward, you will need to make a frame for around it out of thin plastic to clean up the install because you will still have some airbag sticker showing unless you are willing to cut the support metal which is a pain.

Who made that plastic trim in the first link? Did they buy it? If they didnt how did they make it?
