Yeah I agree I was just trying to see if worked before I put in. I hate havin' no slack.....

& Bob from Modifry just emailed me back and let me know that the issue was having to do with the dimmer on the Alpine...

So I ordered the harness ($16 shipped) and all is right in the world....

I'll post some pics this weeked after completed install....
