Default Quick questions.. Electonics expertise needed!!!

Has any done the following??

1: Put an auto up on the drivers side window??
2: Put an auto up/down on the passenger window??
3: Found a way to rig the top so you don't have to hold the button?? Up or down?

How to's would be great?? I suck at electronics!!

I jsut bought a kit from a member that will do that. I am goin to nstall it next week. I will let you know if it works but I have heard nothing but good stories so far from other users.

I've intsalled the auto-up / down on my windows and except for BIG mistake i made (crossed wires) they work like a champ..

i too have to install the top switch but from the instructions it looks pretty easy.. Jeff maybe we can do ours at the same time

I would have to look at the diagram again, but there's potential to use a third module attached to the top switch to allow top auto up/down.

you are correct.. you need a separate relay for each window and the top... but if you recall i was running so late that day and i was so aggravated cause i messed up Gesine's window that i didn't even attempt to add it to the top....

Can't hold your finger on the button for 6 seconds for the top to go down... I can't believe no one invented an automatic for your s2ks yet

Steve, I am going to install mine next week while I am doing my alarm, because I will already have the center console removed to put the proximity sensor in. Do you have any tips or pointers I may want to keep in mind? thanks

Jeff the biggest tip i can offer you is not to let me do the work

Glenn and scott did my driver's side in ten minutes while I destroyed my convertable top relay ($150.00) cause I crossed some wires and burnt out the relay
