I've tried to compare my two Whistler radar detectors by operating them together, as one seemed a little more sensitive. I got interference, if I remember correctly Ka warnings, when I turned them on together. Subsequently, I didn't continue with my comparison. I'd like to see how much better the Valentine 1 works (when it arrives) than my current Whistler--to placate my wife for my spending $400 Any rocket scientists out there who can say if I'll be able to run with both devices turned on at the same time?
