Hell, if you leave your car for a month, you're supposed to disconnect the battery anyway. Your alarm system will drain the battery pretty well. Some of them, as I understand, won't discharge the battery all the way, though.

The V1 draws negligible current. There shouldn't be any problem powering both devices. Make sure you wire them in parallel. It's generally good practice, though, to have one fuse properly rated for each device.
