Default Radio - no sound?!?!

So I just picked up a 2007 S. The prior owner was nice enough to add an Alpine KDC-BT952HD. The radio lights up and operates. I can pair my phone. But I cannot get sound with any mode (radio, BT, CD, etc.). Any thoughts?

I have a lot of maintenance records and see the owner's invoice for the radio. It appears he also added the optional power pack mini-amp. Is there any possibility that the power pack is out (fuse maybe?)? I don't know how to trouble shoot. If it has the power pack and the power pack is bad, would there be no sound or would it just be not as loud?

Thanks-

Found this video if it will help anyone else. I don't have a remote and haven't figured out yet how to get to the menu he describes but it looks promising.

Video to fix bypass

Press the volume knob inward, that will get you into menu settings of the radio. Then use the knob to navigate to the audio settings.

The owners manual is available for download. Just search for the model number. Google found it in a mirosecond for me...
