If you are referring to time it took to get Lucid's, it took a couple of weeks. Since they use Honda parts for the rear panels, they probably wait for an order to build them. It was worth the wait though.

I ordered the Polk DX4 rear panels and OEM harness from Lucid and got them within a few short days. I wasn't even ready to install them yet!

Installation was easy and straight-forward. It took about an hour and a half. The provided printed instructions were clear (althought the pictures were difficult to see due to the lack of contrast). Also I ordered the $10 clip puller from Lucid, but never needed it. You can easily slip your fingers under the console cover (I have MY2002) and safely pull the cover and clip away. Beside, I couldn't see how there was enough room around the seat to leverage the clip puller tool anyhow.

With the rear channels/speakers, the overall volume and quality of sound has improved greatly! I agree that true audiophiles will not achieve nirvana, but for those that are dissatisfied with the stock sound quality, this is a tremendous improvement!
