Hi, I'm thinking about a whole new system, but I don't knowif the rear speakers are worth it or not? Does it make the system sound much better? Please give me some feedback. Thanks

i have them to. just something cheap right now that we're cut into the rear pannels -

the sound is much better - installing the S-pods in a week or so then the sound should be awesome -

and no i don't have the stock hu - neither does Poks2k

I got rears from Lucid this past summer, Kenwood Excelon XR501s, the second highest they sell. i was very pleased, I noticed an immediate difference. I don't have a stock system (front components and HU are aftermarket). Sometimes, just for fun, I'll turn the fader all the way forward to see the way things were, and man am I glad I got those rear. DEFINATELY worth it.

Get them you'll like it. They provide great rear fill.

even with stock hu, great improvement over fronts only. I would definitely do it.

My first audio upgrade was S-pods w/5.25" Alpine Type R components (utilizing the stock HU). Night and day difference, $'s well spent!

The least important part of your system, but still an important part.
