for someone with mild tastes this makes a WORLD of difference from only having front speakers.
I'm running stock head unit with only Kenwood rear speakers added

hey guys i am used to having a pretty nice system in my cars but i heard the stock system of the s2 and it didnt like it at all. My question is if anyone has that JL audio stealth box with the 10 inch w0 in it and was wondering how strong the base was. I have also seen pics of sumone with 2 JL subs on the sides of the trunk out of the way of everything. I was also wondering how that sounded. Finally my last question is if those headrest speakers would need to be upgraded with stronger speakers and an amp after i put in some subs. Is it possible to upgrade the stock head rest system? Any good ideas to get some nice bass in the car?

Very good improvement over stock set up but the kenwoods that lucid sells are at best ok, but i guess i am used to jl and mb quart quality, but definitely the lucid solution is a nice deal.

Well, rear speakers in general will offer a lot of fill. However, I believe you will get a better sound from S-Pods than Lucids. Plus then you can choose your own speakers (which may be a daunting task, and not a positive in your book )
