Default Recommend an alarm system

I recently had my top cut and seats stolen. I would like to prevent something like this in the future. I would like something that has a remote to notify me when the alarm is tripped and obviously some kind of proximity sensor. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Also how much can I expect to pay to have it installed?

Alarm brand/model doesn't really matter, just makes sure these features are there:
-Prox sensor, properly setup
-Tilt sensor (optional, detects the car being lifted for tow or wheel theft, prox sensor does NOT replace the tilt in a real install)
-Good alarm install (ie, not ghetto brain in kickpanel with twist-n-tape connections, etc).
-Two way remote, so it'll beep as long as you are within range when the alarm is tripped

Seat locks can help with the seats also.
