Is this possible? I'm not really familiar with the whole remote start feature or what it requires. I'm going over to Bestbuy tomorrow to look at their Viper alarms. Anyone know of any other Alarms that would match or exceed Viper?

 

It's always a good idea to keep a manual transmission vehicle in gear when parked. Given that, I don't see how one could reasonably expect to install a remote start feature on this or any other manual car.

I'm sure it's been done. Safely? I guess that's open to interpretation. If the car is parked with nothing but the handbrake left to hold it in place then you'll never convince me that it's safe.
