You could take it apart.
If you've not seen the internals of most diskchangers, at least one disk is all, or most, of the way out of the cartridge.
Usually, you can pop the outer shell off and then push the disk back into it's sleeve. From there you might be able to trigger the eject but I wouldn't count on it.
Best bet is to add power, other then that you're looking at taking it all the way apart.
