Rockford Fosgate RFX9400 MP3/CD Receiver

What is everyone's opinion of this head unit? What is the RMS rating of the Honda stock radio in the S2000?

I looked at the rockford head units, but I like the Alpines better. uBid (www.ubid.com) sells lots of the Roclford units. So I guess the Rockford has more then they want, and let them go there cheap. (180-240)
