Routing front speaker wire
Professional Installers,
How would you route new wires to the front speakers? I do not want to drill holes, tap into the factory harness, or remove the door.

There are very good instructions on how to route wires to the front speakers on MacGyver's website: http://users.rcn.com/dhintz/Michelle/Audio/audio.html
I did my install a few weekends ago and following these instructions it probably took me 30 mins to do each door. I would highly suggest you use a big zip tie (2.5 feet long x 1/2 inch wide) to route the wires though. I found it easiest to push the zip tie from the interior of the car into the door then tape the wire to the zip tie and pull it through into the car. One last tip, the rubber grommet thing that the wires go through to get to the door does need a small slit cut into it on the side inside the car so the wire can go through. Hope this helps.

A small slit is the answer. Thanx
