I was able to combine the two posts into one. I've posted it at the top. I'm getting ready to go back to Pittsburgh to close on the house and pack. I should have some time to look at it. I will give you a call when I'm back in Pittsburgh that way if there is anything specific you want me to fix I can.

Thanks for your work.
actually,

i ran into the same issue you just did Jim -

give a glimpse at the FAQ. it's cut off the bottom. you can paste everything in there, but for whatever reason, it won't show more than about where the Radar section cuts off.

go figure... probably a limitation in the database, as i know we're well over 65k characters.

no problem.

put together a set of links or whatever on video, and i'll gladly stick it in. i'm keeping the whole thing as one big text file (text so i can keep forum tags stuck in it), and uploads are as easy as copy and paste.

updated to v.2.21

i have quite a few topics that i continue to add and others that i'm planning to add. it's just a matter of searching them up and inserting them. so, i'm still actively editing the live edition...

(editing for more bad links)
How do I get the OEM HU out and install an aftermarket HU?
Follow the instructions located here. (note the <br%20/>) :

What are the different classes of amps and what does that mean?
link for http://bcae1.com/ampclass.htm points to : http://eatel.net/~amptech/elecdisc/ampclass.htm

How about a section on what the heck RMS actually is and how to caculate/read it.

How all things like input voltage, speaker resistance, etc all work together. Frankly I am a little fuzzy on it myself, and that's how I noticed it wasn't in here.

This would be useful in choosing an amp for your various speakers.

Wow, thanks for updating the electronics FAQ's. Great job! Not sure if I qualify as an EJ since I mostly answer questions about my product (S-Pods), but if I do would you add me to the list? I've directed quite a few potential customers to them.

Thanks

Pete --

great idea.

that's going on my to do list.

Mark -- well, i'm not the one making that call i think... Jim or John gives out the badge, and honestly, i just stuck a few names in there for people who i've seen regularly answering questions...
*shrug*
no harm or foul meant by omission of anyone.

get Jim to give you the badge, and i'm not sure about what's next.
