Folks,

I just got done wiring my new Sony Head Unit with wired input to my Sony DCI.

It looks like it is wired correctly (followed instructions, of course), but here is what is happening:

Pressing MUTE does mute the Head Unit (GOOD)
Pressing MODE does switch for Radio to CD (GOOD)

Pressing CHANNEL does NOTHING (BAD)
Pressing Volume Up DECREASES the volume (BAD)
Pressing Volume Down Accesses the Sound Settings (Bass, Treble, Etc.) on the HU (BAD)
Pressing MODE + Volume Down INCREASES the volume (BAD)
Etc. (BAD)

Has anyone else ever seen a skitzo (sp?) Sony DCI?

Any suggestions for how to fix this or what I might have done wrong?

Strange to have the Dash Controls "working", but not mapping to the correct or expected functions.
