Default speaker problem

i have polk momo components. the speakers on the right door go in and out. the tweeters seem not to work at all and the woofer goes in and out the rcas are new. its either the speaker itself or the crossover. is there a way to find out. i really like the speakers and dont want to get new ones. if it is the crossover, could i just buy any crossover and how is it connected? i really dont know what one is. thanks

Who did the install? Or is this a new development long after the install? It could just be a lose wire(s) on the crossover.

Where are the crossovers mounted? if in the door, take the door panels off, check wiring, switch left to right, etc. If in the trunk by the amp, then it's even easier, just check them/swap the wires there.

Mark which are tweeter and woofer so you don't reverse them later...

agreed -- who did the install?

and can you give us more details? are you running amps? what HU? you mention new RCA's, but speakers like this shouldn't run off RCA's.

first thing to do is check all connections and make sure nothing is loose. that may mean pulling the door panels.
