In most states you don't "HAVE" to have a rear view mirror. When was the last time you saw a tractor trailer rig with a rear view mirror or a cargo van with no rear windows with a mirror

Plus like Dave said... mines a rear view camera

I do all my own work. From design to fab to installation and finished product, so it doesn't take me as much money Just the time.

Oh and they are public I just looked in the wrong place... my bad.

No sweat. thought I goofed something up!

California makes you have a rearview on the windscreen, and I know NY does, too. The rearview camera wouldn't fly unless you were dealing with a good, honest, cop that thought that kinda stuff was cool! Lol. Believe me! I work for the Courts and work with all of the Cops in my area.

How come no one seems to port thier low-end through the trunk into the cabin in the S2000s? Seems like it would be fairly easy.

His display is also a rearview TV. One heckuva idea if you can fork out the money.
Yeah, the cameras are fairly cheap. I've seen 'em for as little as $40 (lipstick/bullet cams). My deck has a built-in input for a rearview camera like that (I'm gonna make mine forward looking for the SCCA racing) and video/audio outs so you can record. I'm sure he has the same thing as far as that goes.

The car has vents from the trunk right into the cabin. You would have to remove the panels in the trunk to get the full effect but, as you stated its the low end sound though so you should feel it anyway.

True, but I was thinking more along the lines of ducting to force more of the pressure directly into the cockpit. We have done it numerous times with the trucks I have worked on to get the bass from the bed into the cab.
