Default Stopping windows from going down with top?

Can I stop my windows from going down when I put down the top, but still keep my driver's auto-down functionality?

I go from my garage to the freeway every morning. Putting the top down, then rolling up the windows every time is getting to be a PITA.

Thanks!

I believe the windows go down before the top folds to prevent damage to the seals for the top/window.

I'd suggest you just live with it.

So there's nothing I can just disable to stop the windows from automatically coming down with the top?

The window comes down for a reason, you don't want to damage the seals. My friend hated that the window had to come all the way down on his too, and he decided to make a module that only let the window come down halfway instead of all the way. I helped him design it but haven't spoken to him for years and i'm not sure where i put the schematic. (This was before i got a s2k)

I'm not worried about the seals.

When I park my car, I always leave 3" of window open for air and don't even latch the top. I'd love to be able to put down the top without lowering the windows.

Thanks though
