How hard is it to install behind the seats? Is it complicated because the convertible top motor is there?

Please post some pics of the speakers installed. Would 12" ones be too big?

Its not the convertible top motor that is the issue. Part of your chassis is behind the that plastic...I would advise against cutting it >.<

 

you can put 6.5 speakers there.
check the DIY section.

 

I'm planning on getting a custom setup with a subwoofer sitting below the convertible top. It will still be in cabin.
