Tachometer backlight is dim

Tachometer backlight is dim

The tach backlight is quite dim at max setting and even while driving at night. In daylight it is almost invisible. In comparison to Fuel & Temp guages it is not contest. Any ideas ladies and gents?

I clicked on this hoping somebody had provided an answer. I've got the same thing happening, but it's with my fuel gauge.
