SUCCESS! Wired without jumper, button depressed at all times...garage goes up, garage goes down...of course when I hit the high beams!

WOOT!

^ Does this mean you got it figured out?

Oops - you got your update posted while I was typing.

Sorry guys, I've been busy and I knew S2ki was going to be down this weekend so I didn't check in.

The deal with polarity and connecting to the high beam wires is confusing. You do NOT swap polarity - you have to connect +12 from the high beams to + on the remote circuit board. I mentioned the part about not connecting the remote (-) to chassis ground because you must instead connect remote (-) to the high beam (-). The HIGH beam (+) has power all the time when the LOW beams are on (stupid Honda wiring), which would make the transmitter operate all the time if you used a chassis ground for (-) power to the remote.

So you have to connect both remote power wires to the high beam power wires, and observe polarity.

OK?

AND DO NOT PUT A JUMPER ACROSS THE BATTERY TERMINALS!

When Modifry says to use the jumper, it for your button switch contacts, jumper those, or figure out a way to keep your button pressed at all times.
