Default Turbo Timer Install

Ok so here it is, at first I had the turbo timer hooked in wrong with one wire to the constant (12V) one to the ground, and 2 to the ignition.

Here is what happened: Engine would stay on with the turbo timer, but the fans would not kick on. but if I stick the key back in the car would still be running and the fans would kick on.

I have the Blitz Fatt turbo Timer.

Red - 12V Constant
Black - Ground
Blue - Accessory
Green - Ignition 12v
Purple - Ground or hand brake

I redid all the wiring to these specs.

Here is what happened: Engine would die when I would pull the key, but the turbo timer would still countdown, and the fans would still kick on. but the engine would be off.

Any ideas what it can be.

What I need is for the engine to stay on and the fans to kick on as well to cool the motor.

Am I missing something?

Here is a link to the manual

Could this be the anti-theft system?

no before the first time it was in the alarma that I have in would not arm till the car was off. Now it will are because the engine is not on, but the fans will still go when the alarm is on. Or are you talking about the factory anti theft system>

Do you have an aftermarket alarm/remote starter on your car?

I have an ems, but the previos setup the engine stayed on that is why I am confused.

And to answer the other question I do have an aftermarket alarm, but it does not have a remote starter on it
