Default under the passenger seat subs?

i was reading through the new porsche cayman brochure and it mentions that the bose premium audio option that u can buy has a sub that is mounted under the passenger seat.
i thought, wow, that must be a pretty small sub, but then i thought, a small sub is better than no sub at all, seeing as i need all teh boot space i can get.
does anyone know of any products out there that caters to this out there notion that im having?

Probably the closest thing that can fit under the seat is the Aura bass shaker.

...you cant even really get your hand up under there. There is more room under the driver's side, but not even enough for a BassLink.

I forget who, but a guy on this board actully cut holes and installed 10" subs under the seats. He cut the metal work out, installed the subs and then welded new plates around them(thesubs) it was totally crazy.

Hey blacks2k, just remember that our drivers seat is on the other side down here in Aus. there is room under the passenger seat ( Left side ) but SFA under the drivers ( Right side ). I know AusS2000 mounted his amp under the passenger seat, check this link. give you an idea of the room under there.

Hope it helps.

Ditto on the "crazy". The photo I remember showed where he cut out part of the frame in the rocker-panel area. I wouldn't mind cutting the floor sheet metal, but I stay away from anything structural.

I was thinking about trying the Kenwood under the left seat (US driver side). I have heard that the Clarion is useless...
