Default Uprated my OEM sounds-what a difference

had a Alpine head unit (i think its the 9885) fitted and a Pioneer amplified sub-woofer installed under the passenger seat.I have kept the OEM speakers as the store advised and they where correct when they said i would be really pleased with the new sounds, and i can still operate from the dash controls.

I can actually hear the music with the top down

Total install cost

Alpine CDA-9885R head unit with dash controls and Pioneer TS-WX 11A 150w amplified sub-woofer under passenger seat (no modifications required) unit dimensions 21cm x 13cm approx 6cm high. The amplified sub-woofer comes with a remote control for frequency and bass and was fitted into the cup holder encloser so it is easy to gain access to.As prevoiusly stated OEM door speakers left in place and sound very good.

I suspect that over here in the colonies that the sub will have to go under the driver's seat.
