Rodney, as you're in the UK, you can do it very cheaply
Get one of these http://www.lowcostcaraudio.co.uk/lcca/mia/pid/7352203
and depending which brand of HU you get, get one of these (this is for an Alpine) http://www.lowcostcaraudio.co.uk/lcca/mia/pid/7670742

You need 2 items. The first one I linked is for all types of stereo.
Depending what stereo you get, you need the appropriate connector, all of which are here http://www.lowcostcaraudio.co.uk/lcca/defa...l.y=0&Full=Full
You'll see one for an Alpine stereo, one for a JVC stereo and so on.
It's pretty simple. If you've no idea, go to a local car stereo place or Halfords and they'll sort you out.
