Default Valentine 1 Concealed Display PCB protection

I plan on thinning out my V1 Concealed Display...
What is a safe material to coat electronics with after I pull the rear part of the case off. By electronics, I mean the bare PC board.

Plastidip looks the closest to what I'm "thinking." I want something that I can coat and shape like hot glue, but not with such a low melting point... not to mention, I don't even even know how safe that is.
